Tire/Wheel Alignment:
Tire and wheel alignments are needed to ensure your vehicle is traveling down the road correctly. This service should be performed on your vehicle every 24,000 miles or every 2 years. An alignment should also be performed if you mount new tires on your vehicle. This will not only ensure you protect your new investment, but is also required for any warranty services if tire failure should occur. Hit a curb or a pothole? Emissions Repairs:
Vehicle emissions testing is part of the state of Colorado’s overall strategy to improve air quality in and around the Denver-Boulder region. Emissions testing is state contracted, but repairs can be made if needed at registered independent repair facilities such as Stan’s. In most cases to get your plates you are required to show a passing emissions test. Have you failed a test? If so, bring it in to Stan’s for evaluation and repair. We will diagnose the problem, make the repairs, and take it to the facility ourselves to ensure it passes. If this test is done within 10 days your retest if free of charge. Also be advised, if you have a smoking vehicle a police officer could pull you over, write you a ticket and require you to have the vehicle looked at. Air Conditioning Service and Repair:
Summer heat getting to you and no cold air out of the vents? Bring it in for Stan’s to get cold air blowing again. We will evaluate your system and determine the cause of A/C failure, repair it, and have cold air blowing again to keep you comfortable during the heat. Basic vehicle servicing is vital to your vehicle’s health. On most vehicles, changing the oil and inspecting the basics should be done on a regular 3 month/3,000 mile interval. Stan’s will perform this service while you wait in our showroom or drop it off with us and we will have it back to you at the agreed upon time. We offer several levels of this service depending on what your service needs are. Lube, oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake inspection, belt and hose evaluation, general fluid checks, and tire evaluation are just a few of the things covered during this. If you need special oils, no worries, let us know what you would like and we will do our best to accommodate you. We carry regular, synthetic, and synthetic blend oils and will ensure the right oil is put in your vehicle! Your vehicle will be returned with clean windows and fully vacuumed EVERY time. If you plan on waiting we ask you allow 30-40 minutes so we can properly perform this service and advise you on anything that needs attention.
